grounds nice, service questionable

the large grounds were an oasis with chirping birds.
I booked three rooms for three nights and staff at check-in were unwelcoming! they showed no courtesy. also, i was denied pool towels, forcing me to walk through the lobby soaking wet, disrespectful and unsafe. The wet floors were slippery.

i stayed for two nights there. staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the front office. everything looked pretty clean, including public areas and the restaurant. the free wifi worked great throughout the hotel.
the food was mediocre. i really struggled with monkeys. they were aggressive and everywhere. they stole food even when i tried to be careful. i feel so unsafe. we had a beautiful room but there were no shower gel.

A Serene Escape by the Lake

The resort provided a calm atmosphere. I felt completely relaxed amidst the greenery. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, which I found special. The variety of food available was vast, it included many different options, the meals were enjoyable.
I found that the absence of umbrellas in my room a slight inconvenience, and there weren't any available when I requested one. This was not pleasant, especially during a rainy spell.

The staff members were generally attentive and helpful, they offered assistance with a smile, they were very responsive to requests, I also noticed diligence during check-in and check-out. They seemed very gentle and professional.

The two pools were super, the area surrounding them was also well kept, and I noticed that the grounds were beautiful. A very well kept environment! I saw that a boat trip on the lake was possible.

The location offered a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature. It created a serene environment. The grounds are expansive, they border a tank, I did get to see some wildlife. It was totally isolated!

The buffet offered a wide selection of dishes. A lot of variety was available! The restaurant service was great, I also enjoyed the side-times available for meals, this allowed you to enjoy the tables.

My villa was very pretty. The design was beautiful, it contributed to a comfortable atmosphere. It was very spacious, with a sitting area outdoors. Housekeeping services were excellent and always attentive to detail.

Acceptable Grounds, Disappointing Room

The grounds had a peaceful and pretty location next to a lake.
My room was a bit tired. The shower needed a deep clean (the tiles and cubicle were quite dirty). Breakfast was not great. I was especially disappointed that there was no nice bread to have with cheese etc.
